The quality at Noalles y Balanza consists of our knowledge and ability to anticipate and satisfy the expectations of our clients. As food manufacturers we are aware of the special responsibility we have and we justify it with sophisticated quality management. Throughout the manufacturing process, staggered controls are carried out serving as short fires. We work exclusively with accredited laboratories and guarantee the safety of our products following the quality standards : IFS, KOSHER, HALAL and BIO.

Traceability, from the field to the table to guarantee the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers around the world.
Through this procedure we can follow the evolution process of our products in each of its stages.
In the event of any problem, it allows us to locate where the deviation has occurred and correct it, know the affected batches, have them located and thus be able to act on them immediately.

Noalles y Balanza has implemented the quality procedure based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, periodically verified by external and internal audits carried out by specialized companies, which provide us with an essential drive for continuous improvement and which are essential to guarantee food safety and the quality of our products.
