The quality at Noalles y Balanza consists of our knowledge and ability to anticipate and satisfy the expectations of our clients. As food NOALLES Y BALANZÁ, S.A. recognizes, within the company’s strategy, Food Quality and Safety Management as a pillar of its sustainable development, competitiveness and adaptation to the social environment. As a consequence of this commitment, a food safety management system has been implemented and is maintained according to the International Food Standard (IFS) for its manufacturing, processing and / or transformation activities – Groats, Steel Cut Oat groats, Bran, Flour and flaked or expanded Cereals (Oats, Barley, Rye, Spelt and Wheat). The purpose of the food safety and quality management system is to guarantee the safety of the products of NOALLES Y BALANZÁ SA, thanks to the fulfillment of all the requirements, both those specified by the client as well as the legal or regulatory ones and those necessary to ensure production safety, food safety and service provision. The Food Safety and Quality Policy is based on an integrated action of all its components to achieve the continuous improvement of the company, and is committed to achieving the following general objectives: The commitment of NOALLES Y BALANZÁ S.A. in compliance with the requirements of the Food Quality and Safety System and in the continuous improvement of its effectiveness within the framework of sustainability. Compliance with the requirements agreed with our clients and consumers, consolidating their trust in our organization Satisfaction of the needs and expectations of our clients in Quality, manufacturing of safe products and within the law authenticity of them. Guarantee compliance with the legal requirements that affect our activities, especially those aimed at ensuring the traceability and hygienic-sanitary conditions of our products, as well as the applicable standards and good practices. Reduction of non-compliance levels, as well as complaints and rejections. Work with the objective of pursuing the continuous improvement of our work processes, both towards customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with our environmental responsibility and our ethical and work responsibility. Favoring suitable working conditions to achieve the motivation of the staff, which results in a better development of their activities, under a work environment that ensures the ethical and labor responsibility of the Management. The training and sensitization of all company staff in the aspects of Quality Management and Food Safety that their work and our organization require. Halal quality products always comply with the Islamic regulations that are included in the Koran, therefore it is a food guarantee for the Muslim community and the rules that it dictates on food. Products with ecological quality always comply with the current regulations. The Management’s commitment to contribute to the establishment of a good food safety culture, acting on the attitude of people, the work environment and the processes and procedures with which it works.
