This cereal is starting to be related to a healthy diet and there are plenty of reasons for it to be so. It is a complete grain that had remained forgotten and has now returned to the table. This wonderful food has always been present in bakeries, but it begins to sneak into pastries, breakfasts, energy bars or spelt drinks.

SPELT FLOUR

The spelt flour is obtained by grinding and subsequent screening of the clean and shelled spelt.
